Anthony Baring -
Executive Director
Appointed Director of JMFG on 12 December 1990. Anthony managed the North American investments on behalf of the Foreign & Colonial, one of the largest independent UK fund managers, where he was a main Board director prior to moving to Australia.

Appointed Director of JMFG on 3 November 1999. Current Chair of Argo Investments Ltd and Director of Adelaide Brighton Ltd. Former CEO of F H Faulding & Co Ltd and Deputy Chair of Adelaide Bank Ltd. Former Board member of SA Motor Accident Commission, Australian Vintage Ltd and Arana Therapeutics Limited.
Julian Mitchell -
Executive Director
Appointed Director of JMFG on 9 February 1994. Julian worked for 5 years as a research analyst and investment banker with domestic and international stockbroking firms prior to joining JMFG at inception. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of client portfolios.
Olaf O'Duill -
Non Executive Director
Appointed Director of JMFG on 17 August 2004. Olaf is currently a director of Envestra Limited. He was previously the Inaugural Chairman of the National Electricity Market Management Company Limited (NEMMCO), Chairman of the Southern Healthcare Network, Tower Limited and Amrad Corporation Limited. His corporate career was in Banking and Investment Banking in Australia and overseas.
Brenda Shanahan -

Appointed Director of JMFG on 26 February 1999. Brenda's career has involved executive and board positions in stockbroking, funds management and investment consulting. Brenda is a former member of the Australian Stock Exchange, partner of May Mellor Laing & Cruikshank and principal of Investment Consulting and worldwide partner at WM Mercer. Brenda is currently a director of Challenger International and Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and Chair of St Vincent's Health and St Vincent's Medical Research Institute.
Harry Cator -

Harry spent 11 years with Mercury Asset Management managing client assets in London, Tokyo and Melbourne. During 6 years in Mercury's Melbourne office his roles included Manager, International Equities, Head of Australian Equities and acting Managing Director. In 1998 Harry moved to AXA as Chief Investment Officer of Australian operations. Harry joined JMFG in 2001 as Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the IAC.
Stephen James -

Stephen graduated from Melbourne University with a degree in Science. With over 20 years experience in various aspects of stockbroking, he began his career with Roach Tilley Grice as an operator on the trading floor. He then moved to Bell Buckle as an Adviser before spending seven years with Merrill Lynch/ McIntosh in its Private Client division. Stephen joined JM Equities in October 1999 as CEO, responsible for building up the equity advisory team in addition to his client advisory responsibilities.
David Doolan -

David Doolan has been closely involved with investments for religious, charitable and philanthropic foundations for since 1995. From 1995 to 2003, David was Manager - Client Liaison (Charitable Foundations) at Warakirri Asset Management. During this time, David was actively involved in the process which led to qualifying organisations being granted access to franking rebates. David has had a variety of experience with many religious, charitable and philanthropic foundations in the context of investment strategy formulation, implementation and management. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a Registered Tax Agent and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia. David joined JMFG in 2004 and has continued to work almost exclusively with clients in the charitable sector. David was appointed Chief Operating Officer in July 2008.
